This allows me to tailor a therapeutic plan that is not only effective but also deeply respectful of your personal journey. My approach is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Narrative Therapy. Additionally, I am trained in trauma therapy and spiritual trauma, equipping me to support those working through past wounds and deep emotional pain.
