Session Fee

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what brought you in, explore your goals, and begin creating a safe space where you feel seen and supported. You’re welcome to go at your own pace, there’s no pressure to share more than you’re ready for.

Most sessions are 45-50 minutes long. Some intake sessions or specialty services may take a little longer.

That depends on your needs and goals. Many clients start with weekly sessions and then shift to biweekly or monthly as they make progress. We’ll talk together about what makes the most sense for you.

Yes, we accept several major insurance providers. Please refer to the list here. We also offer private pay and may have sliding scale options available for those paying out of pocket.

It’s okay to feel unsure at first, connection takes time. But if you ever feel like it’s not the right fit, we welcome that feedback. Your healing matters most, and we’re here to help you find a counselor who feels right for you.

Yes. What you share in therapy stays between you and your therapist. There are a few legal exceptions, such as concerns about safety, but these will be discussed clearly in your first session.

Yes! We offer secure online therapy for clients who prefer or need to meet virtually. All you need is a private space and a reliable internet connection.

You can cancel or reschedule contacting your therapist directly or by calling our offices at 517-798-4890. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $50 late cancellation fee.
