Our Services

Counseling Session Moment

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a collaborative process focused on helping you understand yourself more fully and respond to life with greater flexibility and self-trust. Together, we identify patterns in thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and relationships that may be keeping you stuck or overwhelmed. Drawing from evidence-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, and trauma-informed approaches, sessions are tailored to your goals, whether that’s learning to regulate emotions, process past experiences, clarify values, or make meaningful changes in the present.

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy focuses on the emotional and relational patterns that shape how you connect, communicate, and handle conflict. Rather than assigning blame, we work to uncover the cycles that leave both partners feeling unheard or disconnected. Using evidence-based relationship frameworks, we help couples develop healthier communication, repair ruptures, deepen emotional safety, and create practical strategies for navigating challenges together, both in and outside of session.

Child & Adolescent Therapy

Therapy for children and adolescents is designed to meet young people where they are developmentally and emotionally. Sessions may include play, creative expression, skill-building, and conversation to help kids make sense of their internal world and external stressors. Evidence-based approaches support emotional regulation, coping skills, and self-expression, while caregivers are included as partners in the process to reinforce growth and stability at home.

Family Therapy

Family therapy addresses the relational dynamics that influence how families function as a whole. Sessions focus on understanding roles, boundaries, communication styles, and patterns that contribute to tension or emotional distress. Using evidence-based family systems approaches, we support families in developing clearer communication, healthier expectations, and stronger emotional connections—so change is shared and sustainable rather than placed on one individual.
