Social Worker
Jori Jackard, LLMSW
Life comes with ups and downs that can feel overwhelming, and support can make navigating big emotions and difficult experiences feel more manageable. I enjoy working with children, teens and their families as they navigate challenges including grief and loss, behavioral concerns, life transitions, trauma, and more. I partner closely with families to help them understand their child’s development, navigate difficult situations or behaviors, and provide the extra support they need in daily life.
I often utilize cognitive-behavioral approaches, trauma-focused interventions, mindfulness techniques, and strengths-based practices to help individuals build confidence, resilience, and emotional understanding. Together, we’ll explore the thoughts, feelings, and experiences that feel heavy and develop practical, meaningful goals to support your healing.
We may not always be able to control the circumstances life places before us, but we can learn to navigate them. I am here to walk alongside you, helping you move toward a life that feels lighter and more manageable. Together, we can work toward a sense of balance, as I offer support, practical tools, and a steady, safe space for your thoughts and feelings to land.
