Counselor

Malachi Noronha

I believe that everyone deserves a safe space to speak openly about their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. My journey into counseling began with a growing awareness of the many stressors people face in today’s world, and a deep belief that no one should have to navigate those challenges alone. As a husband and father, I understand the importance of connection, support, and having a place where you can feel heard without judgment.
I enjoy working with a wide range of clients, and I am especially passionate about supporting teens, young adults, and adults. I have a particular interest in working with students as they navigate academic pressures, life transitions, identity, and the many challenges that can come with this stage of life. I support individuals experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, anger, and spirituality, always meeting each person with empathy and respect for their unique story.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your individual needs. I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), person-centered therapy, narrative therapy, reality therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT). Together, we will explore your experiences, build practical tools, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.
Above all, my goal is to create an environment where you feel supported, understood, and empowered. No matter where you are in your journey, there is always hope for growth, healing, and a clearer path forward. I would be honored to walk alongside you as you take those next steps.
