I am a graduate-level counseling intern specializing in trauma through Cornerstone University in Grand Rapids. I earned my Bachelor of Social Work from Calvin College and have experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures.

At Sanctuary Counseling, I provide a safe and supportive space for clients to slow down, reflect, and feel understood. I work with individuals facing parenting challenges, relationship stress, anxiety, depression, grief, ADHD-related concerns, and life or career transitions. I approach each client’s story with compassion, curiosity, and a strong belief in their ability to grow and heal.

My counseling style is person-centered and strengths-based. I view therapy as a collaborative process where you don’t have to face challenges alone. Together, we will set meaningful goals and take steps toward greater clarity, resilience, and confidence in your story.
